- 2 servings ramen noodles dried, frozen, or fresh
- water to cook ramen
Goma Dare (Sesame Sauce)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp nerigoma (white sesame paste)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Toppings
- chicken shredded
- cucumber julienned
- kinshi tamago (shredded egg crepe)
- tomato quartered or sliced
- sprouts
Prep your topping ingredients.
In a bowl, combine all of the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
Once cooked, drain and rinse the ramen under cold water to chill. You can also opt to put the cooked noodles in an ice bath.
In a bowl, put down your noodles, layer on the toppings, pour on the sauce, and enjoy!
