waterfor boiling udon

2egg yolksseparated from the white
shichimi togarashi
any other ingredients you would like
Soup/Broth
2.5cupsdashi
1tbspmirin
1tbspsake
2tbspsoy sauce
1tspsugar
Instructions
Bring water in a pot to a boil and add udon noodles. Cook according to package instructions and then drain. Set aside.
To prepare the broth, combine dashi, mirin, sake, soy sauce, and sugar. Boil until heated and combined.
In a bowl, add some noodles and broth.
Place on the toppings, sprinkle on some shichimi togarashi for spice, and enjoy!
