In a food processor, pulse the salmon cubes enough for a small chop but not a puree. Make sure to not overprocess the fish.
In a bowl, put in chopped salmon, cilantro, spicy miso, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper, and panko. Mix well (mixing with your hands is best).
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Make the spicy miso aioli by whisking together the mayo, spicy miso, lemon juice, and soy sauce.
Heat up a pan over medium-high heat and pour in oil. Place salmon patties on the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked.
Assemble burgers using the buns, salmon patties, spicy miso aioli, baby greens, and slice of tomato.
